pepperClub FAQ

It’s been a while i placed my order, what shall i do?

Yes, we don’t like to keep you waiting either! First, check the order status page to see if the item has been shipped within the last 5 days. That will tell you if the product is with us, or the shipping company.
Either way, if it has been more than 7 days since you ordered, we apologize in advance for this unusual delay.
Please write in to us [email protected] in with your order details and we’ll help you out with the matter.

What shipping methods do you use?

We use a reliable courier service, and have negotiated faster delivery times with them. The tees are all neatly packaged in tamper-proof bags, and should get to you within 5 business days of ordering (add a day or two for smaller cities/towns.

How do i change or cancel my order?

If you have already made the payment, write to us [email protected] with the order details. If we are able to, we will accommodate the request.

How do i add discount codes?

Add the item(s) you want in your cart, and just enter the discount code on the checkout page (you should see it below your orders). The system will give you the discounted total.

I had problem during the order process?

If your transaction failed, please check your bank account or credit card statement to see if the payment has been made successfully. For any further problems, please email [email protected] with your order details and we will help you out.

How do i check my order status?

We have a page designed just for this- find the link on your My Account page ‘Track Your Order’ enter your Order ID and your email id in the box and press track button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

We know you want to get your tees asap! We generally ship within 2-3 days, and use a fast courier service for delivery. Deliveries to large cities generally take less than 5 days from the date of ordering.
Smaller cities and towns might take another day or two.

Shipment, Return and Refunds

Shipment/Delivery Time

Orders placed at pepperClub.in are generally delivered within 3-4 days. Customers who are concerned about meeting deadlines should contact at [email protected]

In all the cases, pepperclub.in will intimate the customers, by giving them the delivery details such as courier/Carrier name and the docket number and date sent. Your shipment will be send through Bluedart, Professional or E-comm express, where you have the online tracking facility. Upon receipt of the Courier AWB No. from us through email, you can track the shipment online usign the web address given. For certain destinations in Kerala, North East India, Andhaman and Jammu & Kashmir, we use India Speed Post as the mode of shipment.

It is also very important for you to enable your email setting to receive emails from us from email address “[email protected]” so that it is not filetered by you email client for any reasons.

If you select “Cash on Delivery” option then there will be an extra Rs. 100 charged on each t-shirt, Can’t really help on this, since this is the cost the shipping company has put on us.

Return and Refund Policy

We do have a reasonable return and refund policy. Since this product is purely custom designed, return of goods is not permissible unless there is manufacturing defect.

If there is any manufacturing defect found, the same may be brought to our notice within 3 days from the receipt of merchandise at your end. If the defect is agreed by us in writing then there will be a free replacement (or) if the particular product is out of stock then the refund will be made by us by cheque in your name within 48 hours from we agreeing upon the defect.

In all other cases no-refund will be entertained. Since we are selling custom made product. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or replaced and refund made.
