A reasonable refund and returns policy:
Since the products at are completely custom made, return or exchange of goods is not permissible apart from cases of manufacturing defects. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled, or refunded other than those with genuine manufacturing defects.

In case my size doesn’t fit am I eligible for a replacement?
Your orders at pepperclub can be replaced one time after you have received the order. If your t-shirt size doesn’t fit, you will need to raise a request for replacement of the product, with the customer care executive department by 3 days of receiving the products (Not applicable for Custom t-shirts category).

Manufacturing Defects?

At, we are dedicated to bring you the ultimate customized t-shirts for you. However, once in a blue moon, despite our stringent quality checks, some manufacturing defects may be there in your merchandise. In such a case, you need to bring the defect to our attention in around 3 days time of receiving the shipment.

Once we have reached an agreement about the nature of the defect, we will replace the particular product absolutely free of cost. In case your product is not in stock at the time, the price of the particular product will be refunded to you within 48 hours of the agreement of defect.

Refund (if any) will be processed via the same mode that we have received the payment. In case of cash on delivery, refund will be made via cheque only. No cash refunds will be made in any case.

Will I be required to return the merchandise on my own?
Yes! You need to ship the products, yourself, to be returned to us. Your returned merchandise should reach the office within a week of being provided the address to be returned. You will also be required to mail us a scan of the courier slip @ [email protected]

What are the things that PepperClub checks before returning a product?
There are certain points you need to ensure for successful return of your product from Here are the things that you will be required to follow.

  • Make sure that all merchandise that is being returned are unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged in any way. The merchandise should also be shipped back to us in sealed form.
  • You will be required to send the original package with all tags, and boxes in intact condition while returning your shipment.
  • All returned merchandise needs to be in intact condition. You will be required to paste the address on the courier packet.
