Refunds and Exchanges

We do have a reasonable return and refund policy.
Since this product is purely custom designed, return of goods is not permissible unless there is manufacturing defect.

If there is any manufacturing defect found, the same may be brought to our notice within 3 days from the receipt of merchandise at your end. If the defect is agreed by us then there will be a free replacement (or) if the particular product is out of stock then the refund will be made by cheque if its COD order, if payments were made online we will refund the same through the payment gateway we received i.e. if you have made payment using Razorpay then we will refund through Razorpay only, within 48 hours from we agreeing upon the defect.

In all other cases no-refund will be entertained. Since we are selling custom made product. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or replaced and refund made.

What if size doesn’t fit ? Can I still get replacement ?
Your order is eligible for one time replacement only, raise a replacement request to our customer care team within three days of the product delivery.

Do I need to send the return on our own ?
Yes,we would request you to kindly self-ship the product and the returned shipment should reach us within 7 days of providing the return address details to you. Please upload the scanned copy of courier slip to asap..

What are the checks done by PepperClub while accepting a return product from the customer?
1. Please ensure that the returned merchandise is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in a sealed condition.
2. The original packaging including tags, boxes should be intact while returning the merchandise.
3. All the returned merchandise should be in original packaging condition and the address should to be pasted on the packet.
